The name “Ro” comes from the Japanese word 路, meaning “path” or “journey.” For us, it’s a reminder that food is about more than what’s on the plate. It’s about where it comes from, how it’s made, and the people who share it. Every dish at Ro reflects that journey, guided by curiosity, respect for craft, and a genuine love of bringing people together.
